probably 80% of the time when I go to craft an email, it renders a blank screen like this and then I go to craft the email again and it actually puts the template in there.

Hi Brian, just to make sure I'm clear:

You are trying to launch an email using a template, expecting the template to populate the text box, but only see a partial version of it. Then you close and re-open the email editor and it works as expected?

If that's true, can you tell me where you're launching the email editor from? I'll try to replicate.

Yes, exactly, usually I click the step inline on the contact row in the pipeline

Happens quite a bit
